After years of enduring difficult living conditions, residents have returned to a safe, modernized, and comfortable community. The comprehensive renovation includes:

New elevators for accessibility and reliability
Redesigned floor layouts that enhance livability
Upgraded plumbing and other essential infrastructure
In April 2024, residents were welcomed back to their fully renovated homes, enjoying brand-new amenities, enhanced safety features, and supportive services. Every one of the 105 units is now occupied, and residents are thriving in their revitalized community.
Construction began in April 2021 and reached completion three years later, in April 2024—marking a new chapter for Crescent Halls and its residents.
